Barry from Mogwai sent us this picture of the excellent gargoyle on Paisley Abbey near Glasgow, Scotland. It seems that one of the gargoyles needed to be replaced, so an artist was hired to create a replacement. The cheeky stone artist made the new gargoyle in the image of H.R. Giger's Alien from the movie Alien. Word gradually got out, and the townsfolk have been working themselves into a lather. As of this writing, the gargoyle is still in place.
