When I was in New York over the summer, I got to hang out with my pal Lyndsy, who is an amazing photographer. She had just gotten finished doing a shoot for DIS magazine. For the shoot, she collaborated with conceptual jewelry makers Faux/Real.
I'll be honest...my experience with nipple clamps is somewhere between slim and none. I always thought that nipple clamps were for fancy folks that had big money to throw around at S&M stores. As it turns out, you can make a nipple clamp out of just about anything! Nipple clamps made out of whatever you've got lying around the house are also more festive...and more functional! Who knew that nipple clamps could help you keep track of your soap and sponge? The fellow above knows!
Here's something for the devout fan of nipple clamps:
No need to dress down when it comes to your lifestyle preferences!
So there you have it. Provisional nipple clamps for all. Here's a link to the entire (not entirely safe for work) photo shoot. Lyndsy is also hard at work on a new collaboration with musician Fatima Al Qadiri that will take place at PPOW Gallery in New York on October 7th. Lyndsy has got a Kickstarter campaign going to help fund the $800 she needs for actors, costumes, lighting and other expenses.
